Planned production time does not include lunches, breaks and planned downtime. It includes all other line stops such as breakdowns, production or quality stops or any other unplanned stops.

ideal production rate if there was no unplanned downtime for any reason

ideal production based on planned production time and ideal production rate. Note - for a given plant, Target rate may be different than ideal rate. Target rate is governed by demands and ideal rate is governed by what the line is designed for. dont confuse the two.

All units produced, including bad ones

Only good units, that passed all checks at final point where the build is counted.
